The Brief
Nespresso opens more than 60 Boutiques per year all over the world. This is a complex process with lots to think about: Targeting the right investments based on the situation, space, purchasing capacity…The Retail Dev team creates many different tools to help field managers better evaluate their efforts and avoid the main pitfalls. They wanted to highlight the support they offer to the different stakeholders, and better educate people on the correct processes.

Creative idea
The challenge was to show a lot of different and complex environments, architecture and technical, financial, HR…in a fun and captivating way. We chose a 3D Lego-type environment…since we are talking about building…!

Creative Idea
Nespresso is undertaking massive measures to involve all departments and strategic leverages in sustainability. Specially in their Boutiques all over the world, more than 550, which are embrassing a global sustainability program.

Nespresso needs to explain and convince about this project all around the world, the architectes, the market managers, the suppliers, the employees… this video explains the objectives.

Nestlé Beverage Professional designs coffee solutions for BtoB environments. When they need to better understand trends and coffee customer segments, they launch huge studies with thousands of customers around the world. But they need to make sure that managers in the field will pay attention and use the results in their projects.

We helped Nespresso design videos to raise awareness about specific retail key elements:
The video follows the customer through their journey and highlights the common mistakes they should avoid to set displays up correctly.

We created a video that embeds the customer surrounded by mistakes, and fixes the errors live with smart effects, such as object replacements / stop motion / freeze frame…

Another video uses a dedicated layer that follows the action, helping the spectator to focus on the key point, and better organizing the information visually.

Simple animations can also support a formal educational purpose. Within a tight budget, we designed and animated short animations to support a live presenter based on the script provided by the main training documentation.

When we have to explain many different subjects and keep the attention of the audience: motion design helps to illustrate, formalise and present information in a clear way.

Plus, when we create the video’s global graphics, we can also create a PPT version. Even if the film is good, you may need to present the information yourself…and you have it all from the main video!

 

Challenge
The client wanted a nice presentation to introduce the company to stakeholders, something efficient and fully-articulated, which could also work as a stand-alone video and be used as a live face-to-face slideshow presentation.

We developed a video design that included key slides, which could aalso be used as still frames. One product, 2 different tools.

When it comes to talking about software… navigation environment visualizations can be tricky to recreate and boring to look at… The main layouts are not adapted to a proper video visualization, contents are often boring…plus..how do you explain modules, functionalities, plug-ins…and so on… in a nice way?

With Cartoon Motion Design, we can easily create nice designs for web environments and connect them to human life and situations… cartoons remain the best way to connect extremely different environments…!

Ce court spot a été réalisé dans le cadre d’une communication interne concernant une nouvelle étude de recherche qui nécessitait le recrutement de volontaires. Ce spot de 40 secondes a réussi son pari en atteignant son audience et en permettant le lancement du projet.

As the traditional campaign was about to be launched, we suggested using all existing media and bringing them to life. We created a flow that took customers from the iPad device through the drive-through and finally home without any breaks…

The Challenge was to mix footage of real people in their daily environments using any device and using Job-up website features.

This was a one-day shoot with very precise timings and rhythms…from the train to the street to the bars…what a day…!

For the launch of the new “Sücht Nüt” products (natural condiments), Thomy wanted to test a large social media campaign, in which videos would play a major role. But social networks have specific codes and rules: Be catchy during the first 10 seconds, keep the attention with good storytelling, and use new visual ideas.

The idea of the film was to show Nestlé people from all departments and services, the brands and their daily environments.
