NESPRESSO – RETAIL DEVELOPMENT
Nespresso opens more than 60 Boutiques per year all over the world. It is a complicated process with many parameters to integrate: targeting the right investments according to location, size, sales capacity… The Retail Dev team has created many different tools to help field managers better evaluate their efforts and avoid the biggest pitfalls. They wanted to highlight these different tools to their stakeholders and make them easier for managers to understand.
The challenge was to show different complex environments: architectural, technical, financial, HR… We chose a captivating and playful realisation using a 3D environment like Lego, as it was about construction!
